We are thrilled to announce that ESB Telecoms has signed a commercial agreement with Shapemaker and is now a part of the Shapemaker family. Welcome!
ESB Telecoms will improve performance by transitioning from outsourced structural calculations, to obtaining and utilizing innhouse expertise with software provided by Shapemaker.
Furthermore, they will be able to make a difference in the telecommunications industry by providing their customers top notch engineering quality on structural calculations and the ability to give answers to the customer’s co-location requests the same day.
Shapemaker provides the functionalities needed to be competitive, quick in reply to customers and instant in overview of the portfolio. ESB Telecoms is now able to upgrade the whole portfolio in one batch analysis, which is a ground breaking procedure within telecom. The management team can utilize the business intelligence dashboard to get the overview of the portfolio with key metrics, assess rest capacity and plan the next year's leases and accounts.
With Shapemaker everyone in our Tower Operations can utilize the software, there is no need to be a highly qualified structural engineer to make a valid assessment of the structure. We will now be able to reduce our response time to our customers and at the same time reduce cost and increase quality in tower design, across our extensive tower portfolio.
