Business Insights offers an overview of your tower portfolio, giving you access to key data points such as:


✅ Total number of analyzed towers and how they compare to your full portfolio.


✅ Status distribution – instantly see the distribution of overloaded and underloaded towers.


✅ Number of ancillaries per tenant - helping you assess the tenancy distribution


✅ Average tenancy ratio, helping you evaluate tenant distribution across structures.


✅ Estimated remaining capacity, so you can identify potential for expansion.

To help you focus on what matters most, Business Insights includes advanced filtering options, allowing you to refine your overview according to your needs.

How to Use It‍

1. Open the Insights tab in the top row of the Shapemaker app.
2. Use the filters on the left to refine your analysis based on your criteria.
3. Switch between the dashboard and table view to see either a visual overview of all analyzed towers or a detailed list of towers matching your filters.
